I was able to see firsthand the knowledge and expertise that North American Pressure wash outlet was able to provide me.
I knew right away as I talked with Tracy on the phone that he knew what he was doing.
He gave me the courtesy and even tried to troubleshoot my problems over the phone.
I did end up taking my unit to Tracy as there were some parts that needed to be fixed or replaced.
They are extremely busy, but I have to say Tracy has that personal touch and even though busy as they are he finds the time for you.
They had my unit 30 minutes and not only diagnosed the problem issues but had most parts I needed right there in his store.
It still was a day wait as there were first come first serve clients ahead of me. But still in and out and up and running. WOW!
