Once you pull the vinyl away from the backing paper, the adhesive is ready to stick. So....that's why we pull just an inch of the transfer paper at a time. This method allows you more control over the decal. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUse the gridlines to assist in determining the position of your decal. Make sure you know where\/how  you want it to be positioned \u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003ebecause once it's on....it's on\u003c\/span\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce you place the first inch of the decal, use a flat surface squeegue or something like a credit card, to then smooth the decal.
